What areas do you deliver to?

We offer free delivery for events 20 miles or less of 80129 zip code. There is a $50 delivery fee for events located outside of 20 miles.

Can you setup indoor and outdoors?

We can set up the bounce house on any flat outdoor surface, such as grass, turf, concrete, and patio. Set up can also be done indoors as long as there’s enough space and proper ventilation. Lastly, please make sure to clear the area of any debris, animal waste, and items.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a non-refundable 50% deposit when booking, and the remaining balance the day before the event.

What is your cancellation policy?

Any rescheduling/cancellation will need to be done at least a week prior to the event. The non-refundable deposit can then be used towards any future available date. If we have to cancel your booking due to weather concerns, rain, or wind exceeding 15MPH, you will be fully refunded.

Are there any rules I need to follow?

Yes! Here’s our list of rules on how to keep a safe and clean environment for everyone:

  • No shoes

  • No food, drinks, candy, or gum

  • No face paint, glitter, silly string, or slime

  • No animals

  • No climbing or moving the bounce house once it has been set up

  • Parental supervision is required

Can I add balloon garlands to the Bounce House?

Yes! We work with a handful of extremely talented vendors who make and install balloon garlands. We are happy to recommend vendors based on the location of your event. Costs for balloon garlands typically range from $15 to $25 per foot depending on your requests. If you choose to utilize a vendor outside of our preferred list, make sure they contact us so we can provide them with our vendor requirements. These requirements limit certain materials that can stain the bounce house.

Can adults use the bounce house?

Due to weight restrictions, all bounce houses are for child use only. Overloading the units may cause a rip or tear on the bounce house. Full replacement costs, freight of replacement, and missed rental revenue should be expected in the event damage occurs due to misuse.
